Ensuring an in date inventory of drugs, medical equipment and disposables is stocked in the various site locations.
Ensuring new stock orders are prepared on time and with proper authorisation by site medical/clinic administration management.
Doing spot price checks on medicines, disposables, equipment as directed.
Ensuring new stock orders are shipped as complete as possible. This will involve co-ordination with the Procurement Dept.
Prepares and reviews monthly report of levels and drug usage. If other reports are necessary, actively prepares and plans for its completion in a timely manner.
To treat all medical information and information about client’s activities obtained in the course of working on the project in the strictest confidence. In relation to medical information attention must be paid to company’s Professional Code of Conduct.
Maintain statutory written and computerised records, reports and statistics.
Pharmacist will provide support for quality assurance, utilisation review, client comments and service as directed.
Supports and assists in the development, review and revision of policies and procedures.
Assists in the training and orientation of new personnel.
Actively participates in staff meetings.
Other duties and responsibilities as may be required and agreed with the Offshore Medical Team Leader.
Qualified to practice as a Pharmacist in the UAE through the HAAD approval process.
Graduated from a recognised training institution providing pharmacy training and certification.
High level of English language capability in verbal and written communication forms.
Previous work experience of working in a clinical setting with high numbers of patients.
Minimum of two (2) years experience after receiving government certification. Remote site experience is preferred.
